Behavioural changes and farming conversion towards production of organic honey
The project aims to develop innovative, free and open web-based educational resources, with 24/7 access, that are relevant to key target groups and vocational training providers.
The model combines all pedagogical methods derived from partners’ theoretical backgrounds and practical experiences that are applicable and relevant to the project topic and the target groups.
Focuses on the production process and on the technical specifications for production of organic honey & all requirements for production of organic honey products.
EcoHoney Handbook on marketing of organic honey and honey products.
Provides training in marketing & promotional approaches for H&HP.
A short manual with practical advices that:
Raises awareness of the importance of the bees as pollinators and the urgent need for their preservation & protection.
Furthermore, it provides the farmers & producers with additional ideas on how they can market better their bee hive plantation as touristic product.
Provides detailed information how to certify their products as organic & will describe the entire process step by step.
A pool of interactive resources, materials and tools that can be used to enhance one’s competences in organic production & marketing of organic honey & honey products & in promoting more actions for protection & preservation of bees & pollinators.
Uploaded materials are beyond EcoHoney’s training content and will allow you to go deeper in specific fields that interest you.
Hosts all training resources & all interactive materials that have been exclusively for EcoHoney such as online tutorials, short video clips with good examples, shared experience, inspiring personal actions for bees’ protection & preservation.
